Checklist

Please make sure that all sections of the form have been properly completed and that all required documentation is attached to the form prior to submitting the application. Incorrect forms or missing documents will slow down the admission process. Please note that admission to any course is subject to the verification of any submitted documentation by the Registrar upon enrolment at the college.

  • Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Scanned copy of all academic and vocational qualifications, including transcripts of results
  • Scanned copy of Police Conduct Certificate (not applicable for International Students)
  • Scanned copy of passport or ID card
  • Scanned copy of an approved English Language qualification (ex. IELTS) or official Medium of Instruction Letter from institution (if applicable)
  • Personal Statement
  • 1 reference letters from past academic institutions and/or employers
  • One passport-sized photo

      Global College Malta (GCM) – Payment Terms and Conditions

      Programme Fees

      Once an Offer Letter is issued, if a student would like to accept and confirm their place on the course an initial deposit must be paid in accordance with the agreed upon payment plan.

      Published Course Content

      All courses and modules offered by GCM are subject to changes and can vary from time to time. Whilst all efforts are made to provide information in advance, GCM reserves the right to change the course content and schedule without any prior notice to the students. In the event of the selected modules, options or degree programmes being postponed, closed or not conducted, a suitable alternative will be provided. GCM reserves the right not to run any particular programme or module should the minimum number of student enrolments not be met.

      Declaration

      I confirm that I have read and understood GCM’s terms and conditions governing my application process. I hereby apply for enrolment and if accepted, I agree to comply with the College’s standard rules, policies, procedures and regulations. In the case of non-compliance, Global College Malta reserves the right to take disciplinary and legal action against me. By submitting the above application form I authorise GCM to process and store my personal details and information, including my photo, for the purpose of this application and for the duration of my course.

      Refund Policy

      GCM’s refund policy is set out below:

      Application, Registration, Administration and Visa Assistance Fees are non-refundable under any circumstance. Tuition fees will only be refunded in full if the student’s application is declined by GCM prior to course commencement. For international students, a refund of the tuition fees will only be given in cases where students do not receive their visa. For the refund to be issued a copy of the original refusal letter needs to be emailed to finance@gcmalta.com. No refunds will be issued once the student has commenced the course. Refunds cannot be made to third parties. Bank transfers will only be made to accounts where the initial payments were made from. Refunds will only be issued at the discretion of the College against a Refund Processing Fee of €100. Any additional bank charges will be borne by the student.

      Documents Supplied by Student

      GCM assumes that all applications are made in good faith and that all documents and information provided throughout the application process are authentic and true. Should any document be found to be fraudulent or any information proved to be misleading, GCM reserves the right to take necessary action against the student. No fees paid to GCM will be refunded
