Global College Malta embraced the festive spirit this year by welcoming graduates back to campus for a warm and lively Alumni Christmas Drinks event. Held in the familiar and beautifully decorated GCM environment, the evening brought together alumni from various cohorts for a celebration filled with good company, great conversations, and plenty of delicious food and drinks.
From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere was cheerful and inviting. Former classmates reunited, new connections were made, and stories from student life resurfaced, creating a wonderful sense of nostalgia and community. The event once again highlighted the strong and lasting bonds that GCM alumni share.
A generous spread of festive nibbles and a selection of drinks added to the enjoyment. Whether catching up over a warm bite or raising a glass to the end of another year, everyone found something to savour.
A special highlight of the evening was the pair of short presentations delivered by GCM faculty.
Dr. Neville Schembri gave an engaging overview of the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) programme, outlining its structure, research opportunities, and the professional advantages it offers to experience practitioners. His talk sparked great interest among alumni keen to advance their academic and professional journeys.
Following this, Mr. Noel Cassar delivered an informative presentation on the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programme, discussing its growing relevance in today’s regulatory environment and the practical skills participants can expect to develop. Alumni welcomed the opportunity to learn more about further study options offered at GCM.
As the evening drew to a close, it was clear that the event had succeeded in bringing people together in the true spirit of the season. Alumni departed with warm smiles, strengthened connections, and positive reflections on their time at Global College Malta.
