Academic Support Services

Global College Malta has set up an infrastructure that aims to support students’ academic well-being. The academic department appoints student support executives who are responsible for supporting students’ academic endeavors through constant communication and an open door culture to assist each individual student with their academic needs.

EBSCO Online Library

Students at Global College Malta are automatically given access to an online library which comprises many thousands of journals, articles and books. These extensive learning resources can be accessed from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. For learners who may have busy work and home lives this is an extremely convenient and effective way of being able to access the learning support you need to succeed.

Moodle

Global College Malta makes use of this online learning platform which enables lecturers to upload class notes, assignment titles and other academic material related to your course. Like the College’s online library, this enables our learners to access learning material from anywhere in the world that has an internet connection.

TurnItIn

This online platform assists students during their assignment and dissertation preparation, providing them with feedback on the content of their work to help develop their content and communication skills.

Student Financial Support Plans

Financial Support plans are designed to cater for the budgetary needs of our students. Students can pay their tuition fees in installments over the duration of their course without incurring any interest, alleviating the financial burden that studying can sometimes bring about.

One-to One-Support

Each student at Global College Malta is assigned an academic tutor. During the preparation of their final project (sometimes called a dissertation) students will enjoy one-to-one academic support and advice from their tutors which will help them to produce high-quality work for their final project.
