
This short continuing and professional development course is aimed at managers who want to enhance their leadership and management skills. It will provide you with useful and practical information as to how aspects such as emotional intelligence, awareness of cross-cultural dynamics, how to have effective conversations and meetings, and innovation in the workplace can improve not only your performance and effectiveness but also that of the organization as a whole.
The short course is delivered through a series of workshops aimed to impart knowledge but also stimulate discussion and debate amongst participants. The total course takes just over 30 hours to complete and you will gain 5 Level 5 Malta Qualifications Framework credit points and a certificate of successful completion.
