1. To develop awareness about key aspects of leadership / managerial effectiveness;
2. Enhance key leadership / managerial skills such as emotional intelligence, cross-cultural communication, effective conversations, innovation & creativity, supervisory skills and improving work productivity through relaxation at work and cosmic energy management;
3. Improve participants’ competence in managing their operational tasks more effectively and efficiently.
