Today, our HR Management students got to swap the classroom for the bakery floor, and what an experience it was!
Walking through Maypole The Bakery, students saw how a busy workplace runs behind the scenes and how people really make it all happen. From training and teamwork to keeping everyone motivated, they got to see HR in action, not just from the books, but in real life.
The best part? Talking directly with the team, asking questions, and learning how challenges are managed day-to-day in such a fast-moving environment.
It was an eye-opening visit that gave our students a fresh perspective on how important HR is in building not just a strong organisation, but also a happy and hardworking team.
