I understand and agree that:

• a) I am making payment against Application Fee payment as stated in the invoice sent by Global College Malta.
• b) The Global College Malta is responsible for this website transaction.

• d) In case of any refund, it would be refunded as per the refund policy stated on the Global College, Malta website.
• e) The site is not storing payment card information, and only transmitting such to a PCI-DSS payment gateway.
• f) The customer data would not be circulated or used for any other purpose as intended here.
• g) I am paying 3% additional as Credit Card payment charges.
