Mr Lengyel (he/him/his) is a tourism professional and corporate trainer. He settled in Malta in 2014 after travelling the World and living in six different countries across three continents, managing international teams and products in tourist destinations.
Arriving in Malta occupied the post of Regional Commercial manager with additional destinations in Italy, France and Cape Verde. Artúr is an alumnus of Global College. He completed his third Master’s degree in 2018 – an MBA from the University of Chester. Now he is reading for his Doctorate, focusing on the destination management sector and employee experience.
Meanwhile, Artúr is working as visiting lecturer and corporate trainer. He specialises in leadership, organisational behaviour, management and DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) issues, and not afraid to use LEGO bricks when facilitating training to spice up the corporate world.
