Ian is an HR professional and warranted Organizational Psychologist, and is passionate about bringing the “human” back to Human Resources. He worked across industries such as hospitality, manufacturing, and banking, developing his skills in job assessment and design, personnel selection, talent acquisition and retention, and career development.

Currently, he holds the role of Organizational Design Specialist focusing on job evaluation, salary benchmarking and structures, helping the organization align its people, performance, structures and goals. His academic work includes lecturing with the University of Malta including dissertation supervision and work on the board of examiners.

His main areas of lecturing include areas relating to leadership, psychology, management, interpersonal managerial skills and research methods.
