Mr. Michael Desira had a career in the banking industry, spanning 35 years and held various positions. During this career, he carried out managerial and senior managerial roles for more than 25 years.

He was highly involved in internal training and lecturing in credit, marketing, management and finance.

Mr. Desira graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Malta and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Henley Management College, being awarded and A+ grade for his thesis.

He is endowed with 30 years of tutoring experience. Throughout these years he acquired a wealth of first-hand experience both in lecturing and in many industry sectors.
